His platform is centered on one guiding principle: People Over Politics.

KEY ISSUES

Public Safety & Community Investment

Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of strong communities. Joel supports collaborative public safety strategies that strengthen partnerships between residents and law enforcement while investing in prevention programs that keep young people on the right path.

Protecting

Homeowners & Seniors

District 6 families built this community. Joel is committed to protecting long-time homeowners especially seniors on fixed incomes from being priced out due to rising property taxes and unchecked development. He supports responsible growth that preserves neighborhoods while strengthening property values.

Economic Opportunity & Small Business Growth

Joel believes economic development should directly benefit the people who live here. He supports policies that encourage small business growth, expand opportunities for minority-owned businesses, and create clear pathways to good-paying local jobs. By supporting workforce development and responsible commercial investment, Joel will help ensure District 6 remains competitive while keeping opportunity within reach for residents.

Smart Development & Accountability

Growth is important but it must be strategic and community-driven. Joel will advocate for development that includes infrastructure improvements, traffic solutions, school capacity planning, and environmental responsibility. Government must be transparent, accountable, and responsive to residents.
